By accessing or using Focusfloo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
02Beta Service Notice
Focusfloo is currently in Beta. This means the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We are constantly improving and features may change, be added, or removed without notice. We provide no guarantee of uptime or data persistence during the beta period.
03User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
04Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Focusfloo Studio and its licensors. Our trademarks and design elements may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
05Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
06Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Focusfloo Studio, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
07Subscriptions & Refund Policy
Focusfloo offers premium features under our Pro plans, which are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.
Refunds & 5-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- 5-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you cancel your initial Pro subscription within five (5) calendar days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund (no questions asked).
- Cancellation Policy: You can turn off auto-renewal at any time directly through your account Settings. When auto-renewal is turned off, future billing is disabled, but no partial refunds will be issued for any remaining period. Your Pro access remains active until your current billing cycle expires.
